Lisa Tyler Tasked With Developing New Relationships with Customers

IBEX, an ITW Food Equipment Group brand, named Lisa Tyler as business development manager. She has more than 20 years of foodservice experience.

In this new role, Tyler will be responsible for the strategy, implementation and management of all business development activities for IBEX. She will develop new relationships with prospective customers and seek out existing customers who could benefit from using the first-of-its-kind rapid-cook oven. She will develop product mix, programs and services to increase sales volumes.

“As IBEX becomes more well-known, we are excited to have Lisa leading our business development efforts to best manage its growth,” said Charlie Pantelakos, IBEX business unit manager. “Her extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry and years of experience lend her the tools she’ll need to build awareness and sales for our IBEX division while strengthening our customer relationships and building profits for them as well.”

Tyler has a proven track record for creating growth strategies, building specifications and helping create strong relationships with Fortune 500 companies with continued growth year over year. With her previous company, Tyler helped specify foodservice equipment for mobile kitchens, food trucks and container restaurants. While there, she also helped create a training program for new sales reps and built a very strong portfolio in less than a year. Tyler also worked with G.E.T. Enterprises and Ford Hotel Supply.
