Sam Scull Promoted to General Manager
Kitchen exhaust hoods manufacturer Gaylord Industries has chosen Sam Scull as its new general manager. Scull previously served as the Oregon-based company’s director of operations and he takes over general manager duties from Bruce Lukens, who is retiring but will remain at Gaylord Industries on a part-time basis.
Lukens had served as general manager at Gaylord Industries since 2012 and has been with the company for 36 years. Scull joined the manufacturer in 2010 and holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
In addition to its leadership change, Gaylord Industries also announced last week that it was entering a partnership with Parts Town to improve availability of its parts to its service network and customer base. “We are excited about our partnership, which will allow for better coverage and a faster response to our customers," Parts & Service Manager James Kirkpatrick said.
