Upcoming CFESA Pizza Oven Training Designed for Experienced Technicians
The Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) will host a five-day training program on pizza ovens from Sept. 10-14.
The training course will be held at CFESA’s headquarters and global training facility at 3605 Centre Cir., Fort Mill, S.C. The cost is $275 for CFESA members or $550 for non-members. Participating manufacturers include Lincoln, Middleby, and Ovention.
Participants should be midlevel to seasoned technicians that are familiar with electric, gas, and steam theory. Entry-level technicians will not have the skills required to complete the course.
