Manufacturer Promotes Five to Senior Executive Roles

Bettcher Industries announced five senior executive appointments to Bettcher Group and its sister organization, Cantrell Gainco Group effective immediately. The organization hopes the appointments will help achieve sales growth while moving into the future with strong, purposeful leadership.

Ed Steele has been promoted to Bettcher Group president where he will be responsible for guiding the company’s vision, strategic and operational plans covering market strategy, pricing, product development, operations, and branding. Steele joined Bettcher in 2012 as vice president of engineering and quality and most recently served as vice president of operations.

Mark Host has been promoted to Bettcher Group’s vice president of sales where he will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s sales and service activities including management, equipment sales, and service. Host has more than 20 years of experience in the food, beverage, and agricultural sectors while working in a variety of leadership and managerial roles.

Kyle Stoffer joined Bettcher Group as CFO where he will be responsible for financial stewardship, information technology, and risk management. Stoffer has an extensive background and experience in all facets and business finance where he most recently served as vice president and CFO at Master Fluid Solutions.

Thomas Holm has been appointed president of Cantrell Gainco Group where he leads the company’s strategic and operational planning including establishing market strategy, pricing, new product development, operations, and branding aimed at achieving market revenue growth. Prior to joining Cantrell Gainco, Holm was employed by Bettcher since 2012 where he most recently served as president.

Russ Stroner has been appointed vice president of sales for Cantrell Gainco Group where he will be responsible for establishing and carrying out sales and service strategies with an increased focus on international markets. Stroner has more than 20 years of experience in domestic and global sales and service within the food processing industry. Prior to joining Cantrell Gainco, Stroner served as Bettcher Group’s vice president of global sales.
