Oswalt Restaurant Supply, an Oklahoma-based foodservice equipment distributor and a FEDA member, has announced that Jim Oswalt stepped down as the company’s president on Jan. 1. He will remain active as vice president and continue serving on the Board of Directors. Huff Harper, who previously served as vice president, has assumed the role of president and CEO.
“Huff Harper joined us over 25 years ago, later became a shareholder, then vice president of operations, managing the company over the last 10 years,” Oswalt said. “With his expertise in the industry and in-depth understanding of our company, Huff is the right leader to execute its strategy.”
Oswalt Restaurant Supply thanked Oswalt for his contribution as founder of the company and more than 30 years of hard work. “Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit and vision guided the company to this moment, and we look forward to his continued support and involvement in the company,” the organization said.
