Boston Showcase Company, a family-owned and operated FEDA dealer member, has promoted Seth Iadarola to vice president of sales.
Iadarola joined Boston Showcase as an account executive in 2008 before leaving to spend more than a decade at Oneida and Thermatek/Dade. He rejoined Boston Showcase in 2022 as director of sales.
“Seth has elevated the entire sales team during his eighteen months back at BSC,” CEO Andy Starr said. “Seth has gained the trust of the team through consistent ride-alongs and one-on-one meetings. He supports the team when there are issues and helps close new sales. We are lucky to have him, and he plays a vital role in our success.”
Iadarola manages 12 account executives and plays a key role with the inside sales and support team, which has grown from one person in 2018 to five people today. Overall, the sales team has increased both revenue and profit in the past three years, the company said.
